COUNSELLING

Working on personal issues, which are impacting on our lives and on those close to us; improving our ability to
be effective in our day to day life choices.

Working to change our relationships with the patterns and traumas of our life history so we are free to make
more conscious choices and more purposely direct our own lives.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

A process of guidance, support and holding for individuals in their professional lives, by experienced practitioners.

CRITICAL INCIDENT DEBRIEFING

Debriefing following a traumatic incident. Available for Teams or Individuals involved or witness to the incident.

GROUP FACILITATION

Our Therapists are experienced facilitators and trainers and run group programmes to meet clients needs.

EDUCATION

We give talks and hold trainings for other Health providers, particularly in our areas of speciality
